My husband Jason and I started JW Landscape Designs in 2013.
At the time I was helping him part-time along with working at the news. After over a decade and thousands of landscape jobs, we saw an increase in demand for synthetic grass turf and realized we had a gap in our product offering. Jason and I became increasingly frustrated in subbing the work out to other “Turf Companies” whose installers were always changing and never reliable. After several conversations of frustration, we teamed up with my sister and brother-in-law and Launched Mad Turf, the Newest Division of JW Landscape Designs. From now on we are handling everything in-house with our own crews!

Does turf get hot?
Yes, turf can get hot in the dog days of summer. However, there is infill cooling technology available that can help bring relief and keep the turf cool and enjoyable 24/7.
Is turf easy to maintain?
Unlike traditional grass, turf does not require fertilization and pest control, making it much easier to maintain.

Is turf pet-friendly?
Yes, dogs can pee and poop on artificial grass, just like they would on natural grass. The good news is that you will not have to clean urine from your artificial grass. It drains away in the same way as rainwater. Additionally, there is infill deodorizing technology that will help if this is a concern.

How long does turf last?
With average use and maintenance, you can expect to enjoy your synthetic grass for at least 20 years, a worthwhile investment that essentially pays for itself in half that time. As with most landscaping projects, though, the more care you give to your artificial lawn, the longer its lifespan will be.
